REFUND POLICY. All deposit/retainer fees are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days notice will be required for cancellation of this Contract. Any cancellation made with less than _30 days or prior to the agreed upon service date will result in full payment by (the “Client”). All monies paid to TWilliams Films after deposit is Non-refundable once date is locked in. If the cancellation is initiated by TWilliams Films, all monies paid to TWilliams Films from (the “Client”) shall be fully refunded, INCLUDING the deposit fee. Refund shall be paid out 90 days from cancellation or agreed upon date by both parties. If the client only cancels one service with others still active client will lose deposit paid for that service.
